BriAnna Joy Garza is a professional shooting coach, instructional designer, and founder of Shooters Shoot Training, a mentorship program focused on shot and thought development.

A former high school All-State athlete in basketball and music, BriAnna excelled as a player by honing her vision, IQ, and shooting skills. At Baker University, she earned a full scholarship, led her team to a Sweet 16, and was named HAAC Player of the Year and an All-American, finishing her career as a record-holder in assists and points. She holds a BA in Psychology and advanced degrees in Sport Performance Psychology and Instructional Design, emphasizing skill acquisition.

BriAnna has served as a sport psychology consultant, trained with PGC Basketball, and is now the COO of Strata Athletics in Austin, Texas. Through Shooters Shoot, she provides year-round, global training for athletes at every level, blending holistic development with expert shooting instruction.
